By requesting service from Bear Creek Heating and Air Conditioning or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

We provide heating, cooling, and plumbing services including repairs, installations, replacements, and maintenance for residential and commercial properties in the Denver Metro Area. Service scope is determined after inspection and confirmed before work begins.
Service Requests and Scheduling
Service requests can be made by phone or through our website contact form. We respond to urgent requests as quickly as possible, typically the same day for emergencies. Scheduled appointments are confirmed by phone or email.
You must provide accurate property information and access to equipment. Rescheduling or cancellation requires at least 24 hours notice to avoid potential fees.
Pricing and Payment
Pricing is provided after inspection and before work starts. Quotes include labor, materials, and applicable taxes. Payment is due upon completion unless other arrangements are made in advance.
We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may incur additional charges.
Work Quality and Warranty
All work is performed by qualified HVAC and plumbing technicians. We stand behind our workmanship. Specific warranty terms vary by service type and equipment installed, and are provided in writing at the time of service.
Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, or modifications by others.
Liability Limitations
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or damage caused by factors beyond our control.
We carry appropriate insurance for our work. You are responsible for maintaining homeowner or commercial property insurance.
Customer Responsibilities
You must provide safe access to equipment and work areas. You are responsible for securing pets and notifying us of any known hazards on the property.
You must disclose all relevant information about existing systems, prior repairs, and current issues to ensure accurate diagnosis and safe work.
Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel scheduled service with 24 hours notice without penalty. Emergency service calls cannot be refunded once a technician is dispatched.
If you are unsatisfied with completed work, contact us immediately so we can address the issue.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Denver County.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
