Questions
How It Works
What counts as an emergency call?
Any heating, cooling, or plumbing failure that poses an immediate risk to the home or its occupants, a furnace out in winter, a burst pipe, a failed water heater, or an AC failure during an extreme heat event. If you’re unsure, contact us and we’ll assess the situation.
What happens if I delay a furnace repair overnight in winter?
Denver temperatures can drop well below freezing overnight. A furnace that stops working can allow interior temperatures to fall far enough to freeze pipes within hours. Burst pipes typically cause water damage that costs far more to remediate than the original furnace repair.
Will I receive a price before the technician starts work?
Yes. Every call, including after-hours emergencies, includes a written itemised estimate before any repair work begins. You approve the scope and cost first. There are no verbal-only quotes that expand once work is underway.
Are the technicians licensed for both HVAC and plumbing work in Colorado?
Yes. Colorado requires separate licensing for HVAC and plumbing work. We arrange technicians who hold the appropriate state or local license for the specific fault type, HVAC faults go to a licensed HVAC technician, plumbing faults to a licensed plumber.
How quickly can a technician arrive?
Response time depends on technician availability and your location within the Denver metro. We arrange the fastest available response and confirm an estimated arrival time when you contact us. We do not guarantee a fixed response window.
Can you handle both the HVAC and plumbing sides of a single incident?
Yes. A furnace failure that leads to burst pipes, for example, involves both trades. We can arrange the appropriate licensed technicians for each part of the fault so you are not coordinating two separate service calls yourself.
